Who needs licenses?

Anyone who is generating quotes will need licenses. Specifically this means:

- Reps / Agents: Salesforce users who are generating Quotes
- Admins: Salesforce admins interacting with the application.
- Managers: Managers using the OneCPQ

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes we’ve got customers ranging from 5 user licenses up to 700. Just let us know how many licenses you would need and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Are there different pricing level for admins vs. reps?

No, all users are counted equally.

I've got users who have nothing to do with OneCPQ. Does my entire org need licenses?

Only users who are team members, configuring or view OneCPQ data need licenses.

Can I purchase premier support just when I need it?

Premier support must be added as part of your annual subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade as part of your annual renewal process.

Can I pay monthly?

Unfortunately, we bill annually, the same way you pay for Salesforce!

Will I have help setting up?

Your success is our success. OneCPQ is designed to be easy to setup for a Salesforce admin, however we are always on hand to help out with questions or for premier support customers we can go the extra mile to help you get things running smoothly.
